About Us
I became a health insurance agent because of a conversation with my mom. She told me how much she was paying monthly for her Medicare Advantage plan, and I asked about her co-payments and other charges, as well as getting referrals. When I asked why she didn't choose a Medicare Supplement Plan, she said she didn't even know what it was. She and her friends only discussed Medicare Advantage plans. I knew switching to a supplement plan was not really an option, I knew that she was no longer guaranteed issue for it, and having had cancer, she was unlikely to be accepted or would face very high premiums. At that moment, I realized I needed to get my license to help people who are not well-informed about their options. I wanted to ensure everyone has the knowledge to make the best choices for their health coverage.
